About

Founder-operator with shipped production work.

Tory Pratt is the founder of Pratt Advisory, a DC-based consultancy helping small businesses automate elements of their operations with AI and advising founders on strategy, finance, and growth.

Testimonial

Tory has rebuilt how we run our cafe, our maker reporting, and our corporate gifting pipeline. Work that used to take ten days a month now runs in thirty minutes — and she ships production code, not slide decks.
